Oakville Residence
The Building permit for this house was approved, and this project is currently under construction.
This open concept plan house, approximately 300 sqft, is located in Oakville. Besides long-span beams due to architectural concepts, the non-continuous load-bearing walls and exterior walls were other challenges in the structural design of this house.
Ziggurat Structural Solutions is involved in the structural design of this project.
