Anndale Residence
The Building permit for this house was approved, and this project is currently under construction.
This open concept plan house, approximately 4300 sqft, is located in North York. Besides long-span beams due to architectural concepts, the non-continuous load-bearing walls and exterior walls were other challenges in the structural design of this house.
The foundation walls of this house are ICF with 12 ft height. The open concept main floor has a maximum beam span of 26 ft and a height of 15 ft in the living room.
Ziggurat Structural Solutions is involved in the structural design of this project.
